Teondra Mills was and is AMAZING right from the very start. I made an online enquiry about a Condo I was looking to purchase. Teondra ('Tee') phoned me while I was still looking at the property online. Normally I would have felt this to be pushy but she was so kind and professional and not pushy at all. Next thing I knew she had arranged for me to inspect all 3 condos that I was interested in the following day and I made an offer on one of them that day, she negotiated the price for me to suit my budget and my offer was accepted and signed the same day. Excited with my new purchase, I really wanted to move in as soon as possible and Tee went above and beyond in every capacity to make this happen. This is my first experience in buying property in Hawaii and the process is a little different to what I am used to. Tee has been so patient with me, explaining every process along the way. She has arranged things for me that normally an agent wouldn't do, such as speaking with the HOA about securing an extra parking space, liaising with people on my behalf to organize renovations that I wanted to have done once I moved in, arranging my internet and cable connection so it is all running when I moved in, plus much more, working around the clock, well past normal business hours weekdays and weekends to get everything arranged for me to move in to my new place in record time. She is extremely kind and thoughtful, professional, meticulous and always makes you feel like you are her most important client and more importantly makes you feel like a respected friend. I honestly don't think I could have asked for a better agent. If I wrote down every nice word you could use to describe a person, then that's what you get with Tee as your agent. I'm beyond happy with her and would definitely highly recommend Tee for your next purchase.
